Scaffolding, also called scaffold or staging, is a temporary structure used to support a work crew and materials to aid in the construction, maintenance and repair of buildings, bridges and all other man-made structures.

Scaffold Step Frame: 5' wide x 5' high, tube size #5, 1-1/4" i.d., 39-lbs, most common scaffold frame, allows worker to climb up the side of the scaffolding, random rung spacing.

Cross Brace 27-1/4" stud spacing, 7' length

Coupling Pin 9" x 1-1/4" with 1" collar

Gravity Pin ( pig tail ) for fastening frame sections

  

Caster, 8" cast iron, brake, 500-lb capacity for exterior use

Caster, 8" plastic, 500-lb capacity for interior use

Leveling Jack, for Caster

Base Plate, rigid base plate (scaffold feet)

 

Outrigger, 30" wide, required if height exceeds 3-times the minimum base dimension. 

Gaurd Rail, required on scaffolds 60'" wide, when platform height exceeds 10'. Set includes End Panels with chained entry, side panels and toeboards.

 

Three Walkboards will create a full-deck on 5' wide frames.

Walkboard Lite, 19" wide x 7' long, aluminum frame with plywood deck for interior use, capacity 75-lbs per sq-ft, unit weight 32-lbs

Walkboard Steel, 19" wide x 7' long, durable steel for exterior use, capacity 75-lbs per sq-ft, unit weight 45-lbs
